Quotes & Pricing

All quotes provided by Elite Entrances are valid for 30 days from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated. Quotes are based on the information provided during the survey and are subject to change if site conditions differ from those assessed.

Our quoted prices are all-inclusive and cover the supply of the door, electric operator, fitting, and removal of the old door unless otherwise specified. There are no hidden fees.

A deposit may be required to confirm your order. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the installation.

Installation & Access

You agree to provide safe and clear access to the installation area on the agreed date. If access is not possible or the site conditions are materially different from those assessed during the survey, we reserve the right to reschedule or adjust the quote accordingly.

Installation is typically completed within a single day. We will remove all packaging and debris and leave your property clean and tidy.

Warranty

All installations come with a minimum 2 years of warranty covering both parts and labour, commencing from the date of installation. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or accidental damage
  • Unauthorised modifications or repairs by third parties
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Cosmetic damage such as scratches or dents occurring after installation

Manufacturer warranties may also apply and will be provided separately where applicable.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order after confirmation, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations made before the door has been ordered from the manufacturer will receive a full refund of any deposit paid.

Once the door has been ordered or manufactured to your specifications, cancellation charges may apply to cover costs incurred.

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 are not affected.
